Exchange requests must be made within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Process

Customers must provide photos or videos showing the issue.

After approval, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost or offer a refund.

Important note:
Exchanges due to incorrect size, colour, or model selection may not be possible due to the dropshipping model.
