Our store operates under a dropshipping model, which means products are shipped directly from our partner suppliers, located in the United Kingdom, Brazil, and other countries.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time: 10 to 35 business days, depending on the product, supplier location, and customs processing.

Delivery time starts after payment confirmation.

Customs & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes, according to the destination country’s regulations.

These fees, when applicable, are the customer’s responsibility.

Tracking

All orders include a tracking number, sent by email within 7 business days after dispatch.

Practical example:
An order may take a few days to be processed and up to 30 business days to be delivered.
